Given the current economic climate, the NHS has begun implementing budget cuts, which will result in stricter eligibility criteria for the Non -Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) As a consequence, a greater number of patients will no longer qualify for NHS funded transport and will be expected to arrange their own travel to and from hospitals.
In addition, nursing homes and private hospitals are currently incurring high costs by using regular ambulances for patient transport, even though many of these patients are ambulatory or able to travel in wheelchairs. This highlights the need for more cost-effective and appropriately matched transport solutions.
Punctual and Reliable:
We are stationed at your establishment either during the day or night or both in minutes. You are in complete control of how the journeys will be planned, drivers can be sent with patients for a wait and return or could be returned to your base for another patient.
PHV registration:
We are a regulated transport provider operating in full compliance with the private hire vehicle standards set by Sheffield city council. As a regulated fleet operator, all our vehicles are appropriately licensed and covered by both business and private hire insurance. Additionally, every driver in our team holds a private hire vehicle license, ensuring a safe and legally compliant service for our passengers.
